Historical Notes: Justin Guterding had two goals and two assists and Rob Savage and Patric Berkery each had two goals for host Garden City in a 9-3 win against Manhasset in the 122nd Woodstick Classic. Undefeated Garden City shut out the visiting Indians for the first 27 minutes of the contest, building an insurmountable 7-0 lead before Quinn Moroney scored for Manhasset. Over the next five minutes the Indians scored two more goals to close the gap but Savage scored both of his goals in the fourth quarter to account for the final margin of victory.
