Historical Notes: Senior attackman Ryan Candel scored the game-winning goal with three minutes remaining in overtime to give Lynbrook an 8-7 opening-day non-league victory over Kellenberg. Senior Zach Locicero gave Lynbrook a 7-6 lead with 36 seconds left in regulation, but Kellenberg's AJ Sandorfi tied the game with 13 seconds left. Kevin Rice made 22 saves and Sandorfi finished with four goals for Kellenberg.
