Scores For the Last Saturday of the 2023 Regular Season
Oceanside 18, Baldwin 8: Michael Madden (4g-3a), Andrew Piccola (3g-2a), Nicky Cairo (2g-3a) and Andrew Greco (2g-2a) were the offensive stars for Oceanside (8-6) in Conference A. Cole Parker won 11 of 12 faceoffs for the Sailors. Brady Mahler scored five goals for Baldwin (9-5).
Hicksville 15, Freeport 8: James Kelly led Hicksville with six goals and two assists in Conference A. Brendan Dalton had three goals and five assists and Peter Agapito won 14 of 22 faceoffs for the Comets (7-7). Caleb Mann had four goals for Freeport (9-7).
Farmingdale 15, Massapequa 6: Brendan O'Keefe had five goals and five assists to lead Farmingdale (12-3) over Massapequa in Conference A. Caden Lennon scored six goals and CJ Mangio won 18 of 22 faceoffs for the Dalers. Michael Durnin had two goals and an assist and Patrick Radomski had a goal and two assists for the Chiefs (7-8).
Plainview JFK 16, Valley Stream 3: Nick Altman scored five goals, Andrew Greenbaum had three goals and an assist, and Sam Warren had a goal and three assists for Plainview (6-9) in Conference A. Sam Erlich made six saves in goal for the Hawks, while Landon Somerville made 10 saves for Valley Stream (3-13).
Hempstead 10, East Meadow 7: Charlie Jimenez, Chris Lake, and Jakkai Stith each scored three goals for Hempstead (6-9) in Conference A. Stith had an assists and Lake won 13 faceoffs for the Tigers. Fernando Flores had two goals and two assists for East Meadow (1-13). Tommy Augusto made 22 saves for the Jets.
Calhoun 16, Roslyn 8: Jake Lewis led two goals and five assists for Calhoun in Conference B. AJ Molinari and Jayden Finkelstein each had three goals and two assists for the Colts (12-3). Roslyn (10-4) was led by Alex Gatto (4a) and Alex Siegel (2g-2a).
Garden City 14, Long Beach 6: The Trojans outscored the Marines 7-0 in the second quarter to break open a one-goal game in Conference B. James Paisley had five goals for Garden City (11-4), and both Andrew Ottomanelli and Michael Berkery had two goals and two assists. Jack Miller (1g-2a) had three points for Long Beach (8-7).
Great Neck South 12, Glen Cove 7: George Toumbekis (4g) and Connor Gould (4a) were the scoring combo for Great Neck South (9-6) in Conference B. Demetri Stavrinides added three goals for the Blazers. Genalie Prezeau had four points (2g-2a) and Matteo Cameron made 15 saves in goal for Glen Cove (2-12).
New Hyde Park 16, Elmont 3: Aidan Garvey (3g-4a), Nick Rios (4g-2a), Cody McLean (4g-2a), and Peter Lener (2g-3a) were the offensive stars for New Hyde Park (7-8) in Conference B. Elmont is 6-10.
Division Ave 8, Jericho 7: Dylan O'Connor and Timothy Stanley each scored three goals to lead Division (7-8) in Conference B. Josh Rubin scored three goals and had two assists for Jericho (6-9), and Brandon Klein made 16 saves in the loss.
Bethpage 15, Mineola 8: Sean Smith scored seven goals and had two assists for Bethpage (7-8) in Conference C/D. Jake Kelly made 22 saves for the Golden Eagles. Tommy Renner had two goals and two assists for Mineola (7-8) and Eric Rosati made 12 saves in goal.
Chaminade 10, Manhasset 9: Manhasset (14-1) loses for the first time this season at the hands of Chaminade (10-4) in the Regs Rock Lacrosse Day for Heroes Game.
