Nassau County (Section VIII) boys lacrosse teams captured three New York State championships this spring, winning in the B, C, and D classifications.  A Nassau team has won a boys lacrosse state championship for the past fifteen years (13 seasons as there was no state championship in 2020 and 2021). This streak is unprecedented in New York boys lacrosse history and includes all classifications and five different schools- Cold Spring Harbor (C and D), Farmingdale (A), Garden City (B), Manhasset (C), and Massapequa (A).

Congratulations to Garden City (18-4) in Class B, Manhasset (21-1) in Class C, and Cold Spring Harbor (14-6) in Class D. Farmingdale finished with a record of 18-4 and lost in the Class A final to repeat champion Baldwinsville of Section III.
