GAME RESULTS: Monday, March 25, 2024

South Side 13, Cold Spring Harbor 9
Undefeated South Side (3-0) defeated Cold Spring Harbor (0-2) in Power League play.  Owen West scored four goals and Cole DiPietro had three goals and an assist. Michael Melkonian won 21 of 26 faceoffs for the Cyclones and Cullen Lynch added two goals and an assist. [ BOX SCORE] 

MacArthur 9, Great Neck North 1
MacArthur (2-1) was led offensively by Ronan Donnelly (1g-3a) and Ryan Fitzgerald (3g-0a). General goaltenders Scott Nelson (2) and Caden Cullen combined for seven saves. Great Neck North (1-2) sophomore goaltender Brian Scheidt made  19 saves in the loss.  [ BOX SCORE] 

Locust Valley 16, Clarke 0
Nine different players scored for Locust Valley (1-1) including Harrison Blair (2g-3a), Shane Pollard (2g-3a), Owen Hickey (3g-1a), and Philip Terrell (2g-2a). Grayson Iannotti made six saves for the Falcons to earn the shutout win over Clarke (0-3).  Grayson is an eighth-grader! [ BOX SCORE] 

Farmingdale 8, Roslyn 5
Junior Dean Kott scored a career high four goals to lead Farmingdale (2-1) past Roslyn in non-league. Sal Posillico chipped in with two goals and an assist and Jimmy Caputo made 12 saves. Roslyn (1-2) freshman Gavin Ryback scored three goals. [ BOX SCORE] 

Jericho 11, Plainview JFK 9
Tyler Chawla led Jericho (2-1) with four goals and one assist and teammate Josh Rubin had three goals and four assists. Brandon Klein finished with 11 saves and eclipsed 400 total career saves mark. Sophomore midfielder Christopher Tripoli scored a career-high six goals for Plianview JFK (1-1). [ BOX SCORE]
