Monday April 15 Results

Some of the early reported results from Monday, April 15 are as follows, including Elmont winning their first game of the season in overtime!

ivision Ave 12, Clarke 9
Division Ave defeated Clarke , 12-9, in a non-league game played in Levittown. Division (4-4) was led by Liam Burns with two goals and three assists and Chris Gordon, who scored five times. Lucas Barsuaskas scored six goals and added two assists for Clarke (2-8).     [ BOX SCORE] 

Great Neck North 12, St. Mary's 5
The Blazers defeated St. Mary's (1-1) in a home non-league game, 12-9. Dan Perlman and Tomer Zur each scored three times for Great Neck North (4-5). Brian Scheidt made 17 saves for the Blazers to earn the win in goal. 

Roslyn 13, Sewanhaka 1
Roslyn improved their record to 5-4 with a Conference B road win at Sewanhaka.  (5-4)  Josh Berger had six points, (3g-3a), and Ethan Goldberg won 14 of 15 faceoffs for the Bulldogs. Lucas Lievano scored the only goal for Sewanhaka (2-6).     [ BOX SCORE] 

Elmont 3, Hempstead 2
Gustavo Solario scored his first varsity goal off an assist from Josiah Cajuste with two minutes left in double overtime to lead Elmont past Hempstead (0-7). . Down 2-0 late in the fourth, the Spartans rallied behind goals from Tayshaun Powell and Cajuste to tie the game and force overtime. Julius Sylvain-Jenkins made 14 saves including three in overtime for Elmont, who won their first game of the season (1-7).  [ BOX SCORE]
