Farmingdale Downs CSH in the Final Power League Game of the Season

The Power League portion of the Nassau County boys lacrosse schedule came to an end yesterday with Farmingdale downing Cold Spring Harbor by the score of 10-6. Sophomore JJ Damo won 15 of 16 faceoffs and Sal Posillico scored three goals and had an assist for the Dalers (11-5). It was the fifth straight win for Farmingdale, who will be the top seed in the Class A playoffs. Cold Spring Harbor is 9-6 and will be the #1 playoff seed in Class D.  [ BOX SCORE] 

In the only other game played yesterday, Valley Stream finished its season by defeating Uniondale in Conference A, 7-6.
Shaun Torchenaud scored a goal and had three assists and Luke Tartamella had two goals and an assist for Valley Stream (5-11). The Knights (1-14) were led by Adrian Ayala who finished with three goals and an assist.  [ BOX SCORE]
