Spallina's Nine Goals Leads Chiefs Past Commack
Massapequa 16, Commack 9
Sophomore attackman Rocco Spallina scored nine goals to lead Massapequa to a home non-league victory over Commack. He added an assist for ten points on the day. Sophomore Nolan Wieczorek had a goal and four assists and Michael Jannotte made a dozen saves for the Chiefs (3-0). Zachary Fishman scored three goals and had two assists for Commack (0-2). Garden City broke open a close game with five consective fourth quarter goals to defeat visiting Syosset 11-4.
