Greci Saves 15 As Calhoun Holds Off The Golden Eagles

Calhoun 8, Bethpage 6
Junior Nick Greci made a career high 15 saves for to lead Calhoun past Bethpage in non-league.  Tied at 6 late in the 4th quarter, Braden Garvey scored the game winning goal and had the assist on the insurance goal by Harley Finkelstein. Michael Nicholson won 11 of 18 face-offs and Finkelstein totaled three goals and an assist for the Colts. Andrew Reinhardt scored four goals for Bethpage. [ BOX SCORE] 

Plainedge 17, Floral Park 6
Senior midfielder Brian Keaveney had four goals and three assists to lead the Red Devils (1-1) past winless Floral Park.  Sophomore midfielder Brady Kelley added two goals and five assists and sophomore attackman Dom Agovino finished with five goals. Senor James Gorman had two goals and an assist for the Knights (0-3).  [ BOX SCORE] 

Mepham 9, Island Trees 2
Senior attackman Alessandro Walaitis scored four goals and added an assist to lead Mepham to its first victory of the season. Senior Owen Heller had two goals and an assist and Braedon Kehoe won 10 of 15 faceoffs for the Pirates (1-2).  Joe Filocamo scored both goals for nthe Bulldogs (1-1).  [ BOX SCORE] 

Seaford 10, North Shore 6
Seaford improved to 3-0 thanks to four goals and two assists from junior midfielder Brian Falk. Will Peterson (1g-2a), Justin Betz (2g-1a), and freshman  Logan DiFondi (2g-1a)each had three points for the Vikings. Junior attackman Angelo Anobile led North Shore (0-2) with three goals. [ BOX SCORE]
