NILCA Announces It's Hall of Fame Class of 2025

The National Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association  announces the 11 Hall of Fame Inductees it will honor at its 2025 Hall of Fame annual banquet and ceremony on October 18, 2025 at the Milleridge Inn, Jericho, LI, New York.



Nassau County Coaches are:
Dennis Bonn -Cold Spring Harbor High School
Steve Finnell - Garden City High School
Bill Ritch - Sewanhaka High School  (posthumously)
Tony Seaman - Lynbrook High School (retired) &  St. Andrews (FL)

The remaining 2025 Inductees are:
Charlie Burch - Cape Elizabeth HS  & Kennebunk HS, ME
Mike Delia - East Islip & Shoreham Wading River, NY
Bryan Kelly - Calvert Hall, Md
Ken McCarthy - Somers HS, CT
Joe McFadden - Loyola Blakefield, Md
Tom O’Grady - Montverde Academy , FL
John Piper - Manchester  Valley HS, Md

These coaches have inspired countless individuals, and the impact  on interscholastic lacrosse  is undeniable. Their on the field achievements include a total in excess of  3200 wins and 53 State Championships. Collectively, they have received over 45  Coach of the Year Awards. Moreover, they have been active in providing educational leadership and willingly shared  their knowledge of the game at innumerable national, state and local clinics.
