Wantagh defeated South Side, 15-7, to earn the Nassau Class C championship for the third straight year. Unofficially, goaltender Gianni Passaro made 15 saves and Devin Paccione had two goals and three assists to lead the Warriors (15-3), who also received a strong performance from Matthew Giacobello (3g-2a) and Luke Martini (3g-1a). Alec Notaro won 20 of 25 draws for South Side (12-7), who was appearing in the county finals for the fourth time in the last five years.
