Friday, May 9th: Bethpage Upsets Cold Spring Harbor, Farmingdale Tops Port Washington
Bethpage 9, Cold Spring Harbor 7
Joey Traversa made 13 saves and defenseman Luke Waxer scored two goals to lead Bethpage over Cold Spring Harbor. The Golden Eagles limited the Seahawks to only three goals over the first three quarters en route to winning their fifth game in a row. Chase Solliday added two goals for Bethpage, who defeated Cold Spring Harbor for the first time since 2004. Both teams are now 8-6. [ BOX SCORE]
