A heavy Power League schedule on Wednesday saw Massapequa knock off Wantagh, South Side defeat Farmingdale at home, and Manhasset win a tight game over Port Washington. Syosset stepped back into Conference A to gain a victory over Hicksville, and in Conference B Roslyn won their fifth stright game by outscoring Division Avenue, 12-3.
Massapequa 9, Wantagh 8
Michael Jannotte made 15 saves for the Chiefs in their 9-8 victory over visiting Wantagh (5-3). Joe Fazio had four goals and Rocco Spallina had a goal and three assists for Massapequa (6-4). Will Greaves won 17 of 20 faceoffs and Devin Paccione had a goal and three assists for the Warriors. It was the eighth consecutive victory for Massapequa over Wantagh, dating back to 2011. South Side 12, Farmingdale 7
Cullen Lynch and Michael Aiello both had three goals to lead South Side to a 12-7 home win over Farmingdale. Daniel O'Connor scored two goals for Manhasset (8-2) in a Power League victory over visiting Port Washington. Matthew Im made 12 saves for the Indians, and Griffin Marvin won 10 of 14 faceoffs for the Vikings (1-7). [ BOX SCORE]
Syosset 18, Hicksville 9
David Disque (3g, 4a) led ten different Braves goal scorers in a 18-9 win over host Hicksville in Conference A. Syosset (4-5) broke open a close game with a 10-2 third quarter to secure the win. Aidan Cleary won 27 of 29 faceoffs and Josh Chung added two scores and four assists for Syosset. James Kelly had five goals and an assist for the Comets (4-4). Herricks 9, Plainview JFK 6
Troy Madden scored three goals and had two assists to lead Herricks past Plainview JFK in Conference A play. Madden and teammate Riley Royals each surpassed the 100 point plateau for their careers. Calhoun 16, Great Neck South 6
Calhoun, the only undefeated team left in Nassau, won their 10th game by knocking off Great Neck South in Conference B. Braden Garvey (3g-3a) and Nicholas Voll (2g-2a) were the high scorers for the Colts. Edwin Serpas led Great Neck South (3-6) with five goals and an assist. [ BOX SCORE]
Roslyn 12, Division Avenue 3
Roslyn (6-4) topped Division Avenue in Conference B thanks to four goals from Josh Berger and two goals and two assists from Spencer Cymbler. Chris Gordon scored two goals for Division Avenue (4-5) in the loss. [ BOX SCORE]

Liam Williams (2g-3a) and Owen Heller (1g-4a) were the high scorers for Mepham in a Conference B victory over host Jericho (7-4). Devin Greene added three goals for the Pirates, while Tyler Chawla had two goals and two assists for the Jayhawks. Luke Hartman led all scorers on Wednesday in Nassau with six goals and an assist to lead Long Beach past Great Neck North in Conference B. 8th-grade midfielder Johnathan Hayes scored three times and Jeffery Wang won 14 of 20 faceoffs for the Marines.

Ben Conger-Kielbasa (4g-4a) totaled eight points and Nick Ladeairous tied Luke Hartman with six goals as the day's high scorer in Nassau to lead Glen Cove (4-6) past Elmont in Conference B.
